A dear friend of mine has three websites that I'd like to advertise. The first is her site for Christian girls. It is helpful and informative and it does not strive to "fit in" with websites made for secular girls like other Christian sites I have been to. This, of course, makes it rate highly on my list. Shylah is an online magazine for Christian girls who wish to further their knowledge of God, the Bible, homemaking and other such duties endowed upon women. It is to encourage girls to have ambition, hope, and courage. The name came in my quest to find a good name that was appropriate for such a magazine. “Shylah” is Celtic for “loyal to God”. Shylah currently features and accepts the following material for review and publication: (a) encouraging articles on God, the Bible, Christianity, homemaking, nutrition, debate topics, and the like; (b) book, music, movie, website, blog, and forum reviews; (c) recipes; (d) poems; (e) thoughts; (f) pen or e pal ads; (g) short stories; (h) birthday, anniversary, engagement, marriage, and birth announcements; (i) prayer requests.
